Due to the diverse nature of the English curriculum in all classes, homework will vary in amount and intensity according to the unit being studied.
During literature units, students will be expected to read and do vocabulary work daily. During research units, extensive library work is required. During writing units, daily journals may be maintained and numerous formal essays will be assigned.
NOTE: A Summer reading assignment is required for all one (1) credit English classes.
